What began as a sole practice by Deborah Marriott has grown into a true family-run firm, now joined by her son David and daughter-in-law Sarah.

We’re proud to be known not just for our experience, but for the way we treat our clients with honesty, patience and a commitment to helping people feel informed, supported and in control of their legal decisions.

Meet The Team

DAVID MARRIOTT

David brings over 14 years of experience as a Police Officer, where he built strong connections within the community and developed a calm, solution-focused approach to complex situations. His career change into law was driven by a desire to support families in a new way, and he now specialises in conveyancing with care.

Whether he’s helping first-home buyers, assisting retirees with downsizing, or guiding clients through a property sale, David takes pride in making legal processes feel clear, personal and well-managed.

When he’s not working, David enjoys spending time with his family and discovering new places.

SARAH MARRIOTT

Sarah was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2015 and is fluent in both English and French. Before joining Marriotts Legal, she worked in civil litigation for the NSW Government, where she built strong skills in legal research, negotiation and client advocacy.

Today, she works closely with individuals and families on estate planning and other matters, and is known for her professionalism, clarity and genuine care in every interaction.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys cooking, listening to music and spending quality time with her family.

DEBORAH MARRIOTT

Deborah was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 1989. With more than 36 years in practice, she has supported generations of families with Wills, probate, and general legal matters. Always with compassion and clarity.

Deborah is proud to now work alongside her son and daughter-in-law, continuing her commitment to practical, personalised legal support.

Outside of work, Deborah enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren.
